The Abacus Science Kit (Schoolyard safari™) comes with a range of equipment to assist in learning about how flora and fauna survival in different natural habitats. The kit relates this knowledge back to the schoolyard playground by providing the materials necessary to hold experiments and gain a practical understanding of biology.

Magnified fun

This kit comes with a packet of small magnifying glasses that can be used for closely observing an experiment. These serve as a great demonstration tool for teaching students about magnification.

Easy to store

All this equipment is packed into a sturdy Gratnells storage box, which can be integrated into our Abacus Science Frame.

In the classroom, the Abacus Science Kit (Schoolyard safari™) is ideal for teaching students about how insects and plants relate back to their natural environment. Included are items that can assist in making diagrams, closely observing, and noting the actions of these creatures.
