MAB blocks are the key to teaching fundamental mathematics principles. These singular cube units are primarily designed for use alongside MAB ‘longs’, ‘flats’, and large cubes, to illustrate place value. However, single units could easily be applied on their own to teach addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, number sense, and counting.

Smooth wooden blocks

Made from a smooth, tactile wood, the blocks are ideal for safe use by young children. All are uniform in size, shape, and colour.

Handy storage

Supplied in a large, clip lid, transparent plastic box. This makes packing away a simple task at the end of the lesson, as all the units fit neatly into the box for compact storage with the classroom.

A box of 5000 is ideal for the school environment, with plenty to share between the students. Add and subtract units to practise arithmetic, count out even groups, demonstrate fractions and decimals, the units are extremely versatile.
