The Phoneme Frieze is a classroom wall border display that covers the alternative sounds of Phases 5 and 5.5 according to the order of progression.
Multipurpose
Each letter comes with a visual image and catchy mnemonic to reinforce recall of the letter sound. The wall borders are colour-coded according to their phase level and letters to their phonics category.
The frieze can also be taken apart, with each piece functioning as a giant flashcard.
