Terms and Conditions

All prices are in Australian Dollars and exclude GST which will be added at 10% rate to invoices. The GST amount is clearly isolated on invoices to simplify refund claims by schools. Prices are correct at the time of printing. Every effort will be made to maintain these, however any unavoidable price rises will be indicated on the invoice when the goods are sent.

A general order form is available at Order Form. You can place orders on this website, via email, fax or post. Please quote an official school order number when ordering on a 30 day account.

Please choose carefully, as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can only choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or does not do what it is supposed to.

Any items temporarily out of stock will be placed on backorder, unless otherwise directed. These will be sent Freight Free as soon as they become available.

Please notify us within seven days if your goods are damaged. We will advise of the appropriate method of return.
